W Talent has brought together two of the most recognised names in property and real estate recruitment. Rebecca Booth has joined Richard Insley to lead the firm’s dedicated Property & Real Estate division, combining nearly 45 years of sector experience between them.
Richard joined W Talent in July 2025 to launch the new division, and Rebecca has now joined him to spearhead its growth. She arrives having spent the last three years leading the UK & Ireland Property & Surveying strategy for Hays.
The move signals a clear statement of intent from W Talent to build the UK’s most specialist property and real estate recruitment practice. Booth and Insley will focus exclusively on building a business of experts focused solely on property, workplace and real estate and nothing else.
The division is already scaling. Experienced consultant Glen Stillwell has recently joined, with further specialist hires planned as the practice continues to expand their specialisms nationally.
Both Booth and Insley are well known across the property sector for their depth of relationships and hands-on, advisory approach. Their ambition is to use their strengths to provide clients with the kind of specialist recruitment expertise and quality of service that, until now, has been hard to find.
