He currently leads the Finance practice at W Talent, partnering with organisations across the EMEA region to identify and secure senior finance talent, from high-growth scale-ups to established global businesses.

Throughout his career, he has built and led recruitment businesses across Central & Eastern Europe and the Middle East, held regional leadership roles within global firms, and invested in executive search ventures supporting the industry’s growth worldwide.
