Lucy’s approach to recruitment is simple; her focus is about placing the right people in the right roles, not just based on skills, but on culture fit, potential, and long-term value for both the individual and the business. She truly believes that experience and personality go hand in hand when finding the perfect match. Outside of work, she stays busy with two young boys and an energetic border collie. When time allows, she heads straight to the Alps to unwind and recharge through snowboarding in the winter or mountain biking in the summer months.
