Ben is a Business Director at W Talent with national responsibility for commercial recruitment across Buying, Quality, Sales and Category Management. He works with organisations across retail, wholesale and consumer sectors, supporting businesses of all sizes including corporate, private equity-backed and SME environments.

Ben joined W Talent following 14 years’ experience in recruitment. He spent 10 years with Michael Page before moving to a boutique retail and wholesale specialist agency, where he further developed his expertise in commercial and trading functions.
