W Talent Property & Real Estate are delighted to be partnering with a leading and expanding operator to make a key appointment to their (Construction) Project Management team.
The Project Management team are responsible for the delivery of a range of construction projects across a UK estate, from refurbishment of existing stores, store relocations and new site openings.
This Project Manager will join an established team, and will primarily be the lead for projects in the South East of the UK so will need to be based in this area. This will be a field based remote role with travel as the workload requires.
Relevant candidates will be experienced client-side construction project managers, ideally from a high volume and fast paced retail or possibly healthcare environment. They will have a track record of efficient and timely project delivery, effectively managing contractors and internal stakeholders....including operating in live environments.
