Overview

W Talent are working in partnership with a global manufacturing organisation to appoint a SAP Logistics Project Support professional based at their facility in Derbyshire. This is a pivotal role within the organisation's logistics and systems team, responsible for supporting SAP S/4HANA rollout activities, including EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) processes, system integration, and data migration, while ensuring seamless collaboration with local and cross-functional teams.

The Role

As SAP Logistics Project Support, you will play a key part in supporting logistics projects during an SAP S/4HANA rollout, with a particular emphasis on EWM processes and system integration.

Key Responsibilities
* Leading user acceptance testing (UAT), validating SAP EWM processes, and ensuring alignment with local teams.
* Developing training materials and delivering team sessions to build internal knowledge and capability.
* Working closely with cross-functional and technical teams to identify and resolve system and process challenges.
* Supporting logistics data cleansing and migration to S/4HANA, ensuring high levels of data accuracy and consistency.
* Providing first-level functional support during go-live and hypercare phases to ensure a seamless transition.

Experience and Qualifications
* Strong SAP S/4HANA expertise; experience with EWM is highly desirable.
* A structured, process-focused approach and a proactive, "can-do" mindset.
* Hands-on experience with logistics and warehouse operations, ideally within SAP environments.
* Excellent analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to drive projects through to completion.
* Experience in producing SOPs and training materials, with an understanding of change management principles.
* The ability to collaborate effectively, influence stakeholders, and manage competing priorities across teams.
