W Talent are working with a large manufacturing company based in Belper, Derby who looking to recruit a Project Coordinator to support its UK Industrial Senior Leadership Team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recently qualified graduate or someone with 1-3 years of experience looking to build a career in operations, continuous improvement, or project coordination.

Project Coordinator

As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting both day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives across the UK Industrial function. This is a varied and hands-on role, ideal for someone who is organised, proactive, and eager to gain experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Working closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, you'll help ensure smooth project execution, data accuracy, and continuous improvement throughout the business.

  • Supporting the UK Industrial team with day-to-day project coordination and general administrative tasks.
  • Managing system documentation, supporting KPI tracking/reporting, and helping drive improvement projects across departments.
  • Assisting in cross-functional activities that support plant KPIs including production attainment, efficiency, quality, and waste reduction.
  • Preparing reports, presenting data, and supporting international group-level meetings and activities.
  • Working closely with senior leaders and stakeholders to support strategic initiatives and business improvement projects.
  • Contributing innovative ideas and supporting the introduction of new, efficiency-driven practices.
  • Assisting in the preparation of director- and MD-level presentation materials and papers.

Key Requirements

You will need to be located within the Derby area where full training will be provided, making this a fantastic entry-level opportunity within a supportive and high-performing team.

Salary and Benefits

This Monday to Friday, Days based Project Coordinator role offers a highly competitive salary between £25,000 to £35,000 and 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays. You'll also benefit from a generous pension scheme, optional private healthcare and a performance-based bonus.
