Procurement Category Manager - Facilities & Property
Location: Birmingham or London
We are recruiting a Procurement Category Manager to join a well-established, international organisation operating within a complex and regulated environment.
This role sits within a central procurement function and will take ownership of the Facilities and Property category. You will be responsible for developing and delivering category strategy, leading high-value sourcing activity, and driving value, risk mitigation, and supplier performance across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement category strategy for Facilities & Property
Lead tenders, negotiations, and contract renewals
Partner with senior stakeholders to align procurement with business objectives
Drive cost optimisation and value creation initiatives
Embed ESG and supplier governance considerations
Manage supplier performance and support SRM improvements
About You
Minimum 5 years' procurement experience (MCIPS desirable)
Strong experience within Facilities and Property categories
Background operating in a complex, multinational environment
Experience within a regulated environment would be advantageous
Strong commercial, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
