Overview

Operations Director to oversee all aspects of manufacturing operations with a focus on high-volume output, customer service excellence, continuous improvement, team development, and health & safety.

Key Responsibilities

Quality, Health, Safety & Environment (QHSE)

Lead 6S implementation

Champion OTIF (On Time In Full) as the key performance metric.

Ensure every process is aligned with delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Production Planning & Execution

Design and optimise processes for high-volume simple manufacturing environments

Define and monitor KPIs, ensure strict process compliance.

Lead operational teams through ERP implementation in 2025, ensuring robust transition and realisation of efficiencies.

Onboard and manage critical suppliers, assess performance, and streamline supply chain processes.

Prepare for anticipated growth and complexity in supplier networks.

Lead cross-functional CI initiatives-production, warehousing, logistics, packing, and customer service.

Encourage innovative, automated, and efficiency-driven solutions throughout operations.

Team Development & Leadership

Implement performance review and coaching systems; foster agility, collaboration, and high performance.

Build strong internal and external relationships.

What You'll Need

Proven leadership in high-volume manufacturing, with a focus on continuous improvement and health & safety.

Strong commercial and analytical skills; exceptional communicator.

Expertise in regulatory compliance, HSE protocols, ERP implementation, and OTIF metrics.
