Medivet & Partners operates one of the UK's largest veterinary practice networks, with more than 350 practices nationwide. As the business continues to grow and invest in its estate, we are partnering exclusively on the appointment of a Network Property Lead to help shape and deliver the next phase of its property strategy and network development.

This is a rare opportunity for an experienced construction programme leader to influence how one of the UK's leading veterinary healthcare businesses develops, improves and expands its network for years to come.

The role will take ownership of Medivet's network-wide property delivery programme, leading a team of Network Property Project Managers and overseeing refurbishment, relocation, expansion and new-build projects across a diverse national portfolio.

You will drive governance, commercial performance and delivery consistency, ensuring the estate continues to support ambitious growth plans whilst delivering exceptional environments for colleagues, clients and patients.

Working closely with senior stakeholders across Operations, Finance, Procurement and Property, you will influence investment decisions, balance competing priorities and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with business objectives.

You'll possess strong leadership capabilities, excellent stakeholder management skills and a passion for delivering high-quality property solutions that support business growth.

If you're looking for an opportunity to shape a growing estate, lead a talented team and leave a lasting impact on a nationally recognised business, we'd love to hear from you.
