• Lead rent assessments, reviews, and negotiations
• Support field teams on complex tenancy matters
• Manage licensed and non‑licensed property portfolios
• Identify opportunities to grow income and enhance asset value
• Ensure legal and statutory compliance
• Build strong relationships with pub operators and external partners

Required experience and attributes...

• RICS qualification with pub valuation experience
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills
• Confident communicator and problem‑solver
• Highly organised, proactive, and able to work independently
• Full UK driving licence
