W Talent are currently working closely in a General Practice located in the heart of London. The company are seeking an Associate Director to Director to join their Lease Advisory team. This role will play a key part in the business with a clear pathway to Partner and Head of with the growing of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead negotiations on rent reviews, lease renewals, re-gears, lease restructures, break options and lease surrenders.
- Provide strategic advice to maximise rental income, asset value and occupational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain key relationships with landlords, investors, occupiers, healthcare providers and asset managers.
- Deliver market-facing advice supported by detailed rental analysis and market intelligence.
- Work collaboratively with agency, valuation, investment and property management teams.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities, contributing to revenue growth and market expansion.
- Mentor and develop junior surveyors while supporting team leadership and business strategy.
Experience & Qualifications
- MRICS qualified with 6+ years of significant Lease Advisory / Landlord & Tenant experience.
- Strong track record across Office, Industrial & Logistics and Healthcare property sectors.
- Demonstrable expertise in lease negotiations and rental valuation.
- Proven ability to manage major client relationships and generate fees.
- Established market network and business development capability.
