The Partnership
From Hiring Challenge to FCA Readiness
BEYLA needed specialist engineering capability at a critical stage of growth, but required a model that protected cash flow, leadership time and hiring quality.
The Challenge
Building the Team Before the Business Was Built
BEYLA needed entrepreneurial full-stack developers who could move across back-end, front-end and infrastructure, rather than bringing in a full-time CTO too early.
At the same time, the platform had to be refactored from Google to AWS for the FCA AI Supercharged Sandbox. Several engineers needed to be hired in sequence while BEYLA continued to manage cash flow carefully.
The Solution
A Subscription Model Designed for Staged Growth
W Talent bundled three hires into one agreement, with fees spread across a six-month term. This gave BEYLA a predictable payment schedule and greater visibility over the full team build.
Delivery focused on tightly qualified shortlists rather than candidate volume, reducing the burden on Daniel and protecting leadership time throughout the process.
- Three hires delivered under one subscription agreement.
- Fees spread across six months to provide greater cash-flow visibility.
- Curated shortlists focused on quality, capability and long-term fit.
- Continued support through onboarding and early integration.
The Outcome
From First Hire to FCA Readiness
The first engineer started in October 2025 and immediately began refactoring the platform from Google to AWS. By the time the FCA Sandbox began, BEYLA had a working environment and a team building on top of it.
Today, the engineering team consists of four full-time developers. BEYLA is now expanding into risk and compliance expertise and working towards a live launch in late 2026.
