W Talent has launched a new division focused on the property and real estate sector. This move sees the arrival of experienced recruiter Richard Insley, Director of the new division, who brings nearly two decades of sector-specific recruitment expertise and a track record built across both global and boutique recruitment firms.
W Talent is part of the wider W-Group and backed by Spanish private equity firm Pro-A Capital.
The division is the latest in a series of strategic developments for W Talent, which continues to expand its specialist coverage and deepen its service offering to clients. Backed by significant investment and infrastructure, W Talent’s Property & Real Estate division will focus on specialist white collar roles and leadership and executive positions across Surveying, Development, Estates, Facilities & Property Management.
Richard, who spent 17 years at Michael Page leading and growing Property & Construction recruitment teams before joining Technology specialist La Fosse, returns to his specialist roots with a fresh focus and a strong ambition to build the UK’s go-to consultancy for property recruitment.

While W-Group’s reach extends into the US and MENA regions, this new division reflects a deliberately UK-centred approach, with growth on the horizon.
