Dominic is MD for London, bringing with him over 15 years of recruitment experience. He is responsible for building our Technology, Financial Services, Sales and Marketing and Governance brands.
Dominic spent 13 years with a FTSE250 recruitment business, ultimately running their multi-discipline UK Financial Services business from the London head office. Prior to joining WTalent he was London MD for a scale-up technology staffing firm for 2 years. During his time with a scale-up technology recruitment business, Dominic successfully launched contract and US FinTech divisions and brings this experience with him to W Group.
In work, Dominic has a passion for building innovative recruitment products which solve complex human capital problems.
