Aran Martinson

Aran is the director of our technology practice which covers the UK and US markets on both an interim and contingent basis. Based from our London headquarters and with a 12-year track record in recruitment, Aran oversees our technology team made up of specialist consultants focusing on the Digital, Data and Cloud markets with an attention to customer acquisition, service and growth in these regions.

Arans career in recruitment started in 2012 with his longest stint coming at La Fosse associates (7 years) where he grew a team from scratch delivering into the UK markets, collaborating with enterprise and start up customers across the country managing a team of 10+ internals and over 100 interims on customer site with multi-million-pound revenue to match. His track records includes both RPO and SOW engagements with large customers delivering multi-year programmes and providing complex solutions to client problems.

Outside of work, Aran has two young children who keep him busy, loves travelling with his family and has a keen passion for rugby of which he played for Bishops Stortford RFC for many years.
