Field-Based | Reports to UK Commercial Manager
Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across Northwest England & Wales, combining strong account management with proactive business development.
In this pivotal role, you'll split your time between 70% existing customer management and 30% new business acquisition. With a 30% YoY growth target, we're looking for someone who can expand key accounts, identify new revenue opportunities, and deliver results in a competitive, contractor- and local authority-led market.
What You'll Do
- Own and grow a regional portfolio, managing the full sales cycle.
- Build strong, long-term client relationships.
- Respond to enquiries, prepare quotes, and follow through to conversion.
- Promote all revenue streams - new and pre-used equipment, hire, maintenance, parts & service.
- Lead on tender submissions and support product demonstrations
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and generate timely reports.
- Represent the company at trade shows, seminars, and regional events.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Finance and After Sales
What You'll Bring
- A proven track record in field sales and effective account management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own workload.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- A full UK driving licence (HGV licence is a plus)
- Residency within the Wales North West or local regions
