The Role
As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will lead a team of six skilled engineers in a days-based environment. Your mission: ensure maximum performance, plan preventive maintenance, and oversee reactive repairs all while maintaining compliance with health and safety standards.
You'll collaborate closely with engineering and production teams to drive continuous improvement and optimize equipment reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of six engineers, offering technical expertise and guidance.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to minimize downtime and enhance equipment reliability.
- Oversee daily maintenance operations, ensuring resources are utilized effectively to meet production goals.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Participate in fault-finding and repairs, focusing on mechanical systems.
- Work with senior management to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Requirements
- Mechanical bias with hands-on experience, ideally in manufacturing or a similar industrial environment.
- Proven experience in supervising a maintenance team.
