'W Talent Property & Real Estate' are working with an excellent organisation to appoint an Interim Project Manager to support them with a high volume of construction projects over the next few months.
This is a short term role, likely for 3 months initially with the potential to be extended, and suitable candidates will be able to start immediately!
The Project Management team are responsible for the delivery of a range of construction projects across a UK estate, from refurbishment of existing stores, store relocations and new site openings.
This Project Manager will join an established team, and will take ownership of a portfolio of projects primarily in the South East of the UK. This will be a field based remote role with travel as the workload requires, but ideal candidates will be located in the South East region of the UK.
Relevant candidates will be experienced client-side construction project managers, ideally from a high volume and fast paced retail or possibly healthcare environments. They will have a track record of efficient and timely project delivery, effectively managing contractors and internal stakeholders....including operating in live environments.
