What you'll be doing:
- Leading financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to support business growth
- Owning divisional financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and full compliance
- Driving commercial performance through insightful analysis and cashflow optimisation
- Identifying and leading cost-efficiency initiatives and value creation opportunities
- Supporting operational leaders with data-led decisions and financial guidance
- Building, mentoring, and inspiring a high-performing finance team
What we're looking for:
- A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with strong post-qual experience
- Proven track record in financial leadership, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle or similar)
- A commercially-minded finance leader with the confidence to challenge, influence and lead
- Strategic thinking combined with operational execution, someone who sees the big picture but isn't afraid to get stuck in
