Engagement Manager (Customer Success) - Private Equity

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join my client as an Engagement Manager - Private Equity. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers, driving adoption and engagement, and building long-term relationships. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and product to deliver exceptional customer experiences and help drive the growth of our business.
Must-Have:
- 4-8 years in Private Equity transaction advisory, tax structuring, or deal execution - ideally from a Big 4, investment bank, or PE firm.
- Strong understanding of cap tables, fund flows, investment holding structures, and closing documentation ("closing bibles").
- Experience with complex equity mechanics (ratchets, sweet equity, waterfall models).
- Exceptional client-facing skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Comfortable working in a fully remote, fast-paced SaaS environment.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience working with or implementing SaaS platforms for financial services.
- Familiarity with digital document management and workflow automation tools.
- Knowledge of competitor deal stacks and PE market dynamics.
