We're hiring: Customer Success / Engagement Manager
📍 London (Hybrid) | 🕒 Full-time | 💼 SaaS / Fintech / Private Markets

A high-growth SaaS company (backed by leading investors) is looking for a Customer Success / Engagement Manager to help scale its platform used by top-tier private capital firms.

You'll work at the intersection of customer success, product and engineering, helping clients unlock the full value of a powerful platform reshaping how investment structures, ownership data, and compliance are managed.


What You'll Be Doing:

✔️ Lead onboarding and engagement for new and existing customers
✔️ Work closely with product and tech teams to relay insights and prioritise improvements
✔️ Help clients navigate complex investment structures and workflows
✔️ Run product training, support adoption and ensure long-term retention
✔️ Become a trusted advisor across legal, finance, and deal teams


Ideal Profile:

💡 Experience in B2B SaaS (Customer Success / Implementation / Product Ops)
💡 Comfortable translating between technical and business users
💡 Clear communicator, highly organised, proactive
💡 Bonus: Exposure to private equity, legal tech, fund ops, or investment management
