W Talent Property & Real Estate are supporting one of clients to appoint a detail-oriented and proactive Construction Programme Coordinator to support the successful delivery of a diverse portfolio of construction projects.
This is a fantastic opportunity to shape this new role and play a key role in working with a busy project team by playing a key role in coordinating project timelines, ensuring milestones are met, and supporting efficient programme delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and maintain construction programme schedules across multiple live projects.
- Support project managers with planning, reporting, and risk mitigation.
- Track progress against key deliverables and flag potential delays or issues.
- Liaise with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely updates.
- Prepare programme reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
- Assist in the implementation of project controls and governance frameworks.
Candidate Profile
- An experienced and proactive Administrator with oustanding coordination and communication skills
- A track record in effective project management support
- Experience in supporting construction or property programmes would be beneficial but isn't necessarily essential
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
This role is based from our clients office in St Albans.
