W Talent Property & Real Estate are partnered with a leading Developer / Operator in the Retail sector to appoint a key leadership role to their Property function.
Reporting to the Property Director, the Capex Programme Lead will take on a challenging and diverse role managing a large scale roll out of specialist retail projects across the UK.
In this highly autonomous role. the Capex Programme Lead will be responsible for the creation and delivery of the full lifecyle of a fast paced programme of projects, from scoping, budgeting, procurement and project delivery.
Relevant candidates will have a strong technical background in project delivery, ideally in the Retail or Leisure sectors, with broad capability and experience in order to design and deliver the full lifecycle required to deliver high volume project at pace.
This is primarily a field based remote role with regular time spent with colleagues and stakeholders at their Head Office.
Candidate will ideally be based in the Midlands or South of the UK, with the ability to travel across the UK as required.
