W Talent have the pleasure to be partnering with a leading consumer business based in the West Midlands to recruit a Brand Manager.
This is a hybrid role, working from the Birmingham based office.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Leading on strategy development for customer acquisition and retention programmes
- Overseeing all digital and print content including social media and website content
- Being responsible for planning and implementing all marketing activity for the brand and their industry customers
- Ensuring products and marketing activity are industry compliant
- Developing a rolling brand calendar, developing strategies to grow across NPD, product design, merchandising and promotions
- Management of the marketing budget
- Conducting regular customer visits, carrying our market research, trends, and competitor analysis
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Previous experience of brand marketing, including digital marketing within a consumer environment
- Experience of content generation, for a range of channels including social media
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
- Willingness to travel as required
- A minimum of 3 years brand management experience in a fast-moving environment
