Alexandre Mandel promoted to the role of Managing Director, Switzerland

Over the past five years, W-Group has established itself as one of the fastest-growing recruitment groups in Europe, now encompassing more than 20 specialist brands, over €1 billion in annual revenue, and a team of more than 1,800 people.

Against this backdrop of continued growth, we are pleased to announce the promotion of Alexandre Mandel to the role of Managing Director, Switzerland.

Having joined as a Partner to spearhead the launch of W Executive and W Talent in Switzerland in January 2024, and having led the Banking & Financial Institutions practice, Alexandre now assumes responsibility for all Swiss operations.

Our presence is anchored across Geneva, Lausanne, and Zurich, covering the following areas:
