Marco Lucchin is based in Zürich and operates fluidly across German-speaking Switzerland and Ticino. He specializes in Mid-management and C-levels search within Private Equity & Venture Capital backed portfolio companies, life sciences and engineering sectors.
He has an extensive experience with fast-growing scale-ups, and companies navigating post-M&A growth or turnaround situations. Prior to Executive Search, he directed a geopolitical risk and management consulting firm and co-founded several startups.
This blend of operational, entrepreneurial, and strategic experience allows him to handle complex senior-level assignments with a clear grasp of business trajectories and the measurable impact of the right leadership.
