Aurélien serves as Partner at W Talent Switzerland, contributing to the development and consolidation of the brand across the Swiss market, with a focus on all roles linked to Industrial Operations. His responsibilities align with the group’s ambition to elevate the quality of client support, establish a rigorous and structured approach to recruiting managers and experts, and position W Talent as a long-term, trusted référencer in Switzerland.
With more than twenty years of experience in agency leadership and specialized recruitment within industrial and technological environments, Aurélien brings a deep understanding of local market dynamics, sector-specific challenges, and client expectations.
A graduate engineer from Polytech’Lille, he supports the growth of W Talent in Switzerland by combining high standards, commitment, and an in-depth knowledge of the local economic and industrial landscape, drawing on experience gained at ALTEN, Michael Page, MCA Ingénierie and OTTEO, which has shaped his rigorous approach and sharpened his analytical precision in talent assessment.
