We are exclusively working with a prominent global brokerage house to onboard a Senior Structured Products Sales professional for their growing Structured Products desk.

This is a high-impact role for an experienced salesperson who thrives in a brokerage environment. You will have clearly defined client coverage and regional responsibilities, working closely with a strong structuring and trading team to originate and distribute tailored structured products to institutional clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Originate, structure, and execute structured products transactions across equity, credit, rates, FX, and hybrid asset classes.
  • Manage and expand relationships with a portfolio of institutional clients, including hedge funds, asset managers, insurance companies, pension funds, family offices, and private banks.
  • Take ownership of allocated client segments and geographic regions, with clear coverage responsibilities.
  • Partner with the internal structuring desk to develop and price bespoke client solutions.
  • Deliver market insights, trade ideas, and hedging strategies to clients on a regular basis.
  • Leverage and grow your existing institutional network to drive revenue and deal flow.
  • Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and the firm’s risk policies.
  • Meet and exceed personal and team revenue targets in a competitive brokerage setting.
Essential Requirements
  • Significant experience in Structured Products Sales with a proven track record of revenue generation.
  • Must have prior experience working at a broker (sell-side or interdealer broker) specifically covering and distributing structured products.
  • Deep technical knowledge of structured product mechanics, pricing, risk management, and distribution.
  • Ability to effectively manage dedicated client coverage across allocated regions and client segments.
  • Strong existing client relationships or a well-established network in the institutional investor community is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain complex products clearly.
  • Results-oriented with a proven ability to close deals in a fast-paced brokerage environment.
  • Relevant regulatory qualifications (Series 7/63, FCA, or local equivalents) as applicable.
