We are working with a key global brokerage house to recruit a Senior Structured Products Sales professional for their London Structured Products desk.

You will originate and distribute structured products to institutional clients, with clearly defined client coverage and regional responsibilities.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Originate and execute structured products deals (equity, credit, rates, FX & hybrids).
  2. Manage and grow institutional client relationships (hedge funds, asset managers, insurers, pensions, etc.).
  3. Cover allocated client segments and geographic regions.
  4. Collaborate with the structuring desk to design and price bespoke solutions.
  5. Drive revenue through market insights, trade ideas, and deal execution.


Essential Requirements

  1. Strong experience in Structured Products Sales with a proven revenue track record.
  2. Must have prior experience working at a broker covering structured products.
  3. Deep knowledge of structured product mechanics, pricing, and distribution.
  4. Excellent client relationship and negotiation skills.
  5. Relevant UK regulatory qualifications (or ability to obtain).
