Senior Real Estate Project Manager

Our Client is a Family Backed Real Estate Development and Investment Office with a long standing reputation in Switzerland seeking to hire a Senior Real Estate Project Manager. In this role you will join a small team and lead the planning, execution, and completion of real estate development projects. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a deep understanding of the real estate industry. As a Real Estate Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will play a critical role in managing resources, mitigating risks, and ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. 

Responsibilities: 

•    Plan, execute, and oversee real estate development projects.

•    Manage project budgets, timelines, and deliverables.

•    Coordinate with contractors, architects, and engineers.

•    Conduct feasibility studies and prepare project proposals.

•    Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

•    Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays.

•    Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members.

•    Stay updated on market trends and zoning laws.

Requirements: 

•    Bachelor’s degree in real estate, construction management, Architecture or a related field.

•    Proven experience in project management within the real estate industry.

•    Strong leadership and organizational skills.

•    Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

•    Proficiency in project management software and tools.

•    Knowledge of zoning laws, building codes, and regulations.

•    Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

•    Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
