About the Role

Our client is a leading Bank and we're seeking a talented Structurer to join its Structuring team in Paris.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and pricing innovative structured products tailored for retail clients across Continental and Eastern Europe (excluding Switzerland).

This role is integrated within the sales team, offering a dynamic, client-facing environment with direct exposure to product design, promotion, and distribution strategy.


Key Responsibilities

  • Product Development: Design and structure new retail investment products, including equity derivatives, fund derivatives, and hybrid products (with credit and rates components).
  • QIS: Develop and adapt optional strategies for retail investors (institutional QIS covered separately).
  • Pricing & Structuring: Manage end-to-end pricing processes, ensuring competitive and risk-adjusted product offerings.
  • Sales Integration: Work closely with the sales team to promote structured products, support marketing initiatives, and assist in client presentations.
  • Client Coverage: Serve retail distribution networks, high-net-worth individuals, and institutional partners acting on behalf of their retail clients.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, investor behavior, and regulatory developments to drive product innovation and maintain best-in-class offerings.


Candidate Profile

  • Experience: 3–7 years in structuring or product development within investment banking, with exposure to retail or distribution networks in Europe.
  • Background: Prior experience at a leading bank (e.g., Société Générale, BNP Paribas, or equivalent) strongly preferred.
  • Skills: Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities, solid understanding of derivatives pricing and financial modeling, ability to translate complex concepts into client-friendly solutions, commercial mindset with a collaborative approach to working with sales and trading teams.


  • Location: Must be based in (or willing to relocate to) Paris.
  • Languages: Fluency in English required; conversational French is desirable for social and professional integration.
