Payroll Manager with Swiss Payroll Expertise 

Our client is a well-established company operating in the field of advanced automation and digital solutions, with a strong presence across multiple industries. To support its growing operations, the company is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to oversee payroll processes for a workforce of employees in Switzerland.


Your Role

  • Oversee and execute monthly payroll processing in collaboration with an external payroll provider.
  • Ensure the accurate calculation and timely payment of salaries, bonuses, and other compensation elements.
  • Maintain and update payroll data in SAP Payroll, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for payroll-related inquiries via a ticketing system.
  • Ensure full compliance with Swiss tax and social security regulations, including withholding tax and pension schemes.
  • Assist with payroll-related audits, reporting, and year-end financial closing activities.


Your Profile

  • Extensive experience in Swiss payroll processing, preferably in a multinational or complex corporate environment.
  • Strong expertise in SAP Payroll; experience with ADP Global View is a plus.
  • In-depth knowledge of Swiss payroll legislation, social security contributions, and tax regulations.
  • Highly structured and detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in German and English is mandatory.
