Our Client

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading financial institution in Zurich that is looking to strengthen its sales team with Junior Sales professionals. This is a great opportunity for ambitious candidates with early sales experience who want to build their career in structured products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct proactive business development, including cold calling and outreach to Independent Wealth Managers, External Asset Managers, and Family Offices in the German-speaking part of Switzerland.
  • Support senior sales colleagues in client coverage, trade execution, and product distribution.
  • Participate in client meetings and assist with the preparation of marketing and product materials.
  • Help monitor client activity, performance, and market trends to identify new opportunities.
  • Contribute to strengthening the firm’s presence in the structured products market.

Candidate Profile

  • 1–2 years of professional experience in sales or client-facing roles within an issuer, bank, or financial institution.
  • Good knowledge of structured products and strong interest in financial markets.
  • Experience with cold calling and engaging new clients.
  • Previous involvement in client-facing activities and understanding of P&L impact are advantageous.
  • Fluency in German (spoken and written) is strongly preferred; English is required. Non-German speakers may also be considered.
