Our client, a specialized asset management firm with strong expertise in niche fixed-income strategies, is seeking to hire a Client Service / Investor Relations professional at the Associate or VP level. This is a strategic support role designed to strengthen client engagement, improve reporting and processes, and contribute to the firm’s continued growth.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a central point of contact, coordinating and managing daily requests from institutional clients and counterparties.
    • Supervise the production and distribution of investor reports, presentations, and regulatory documents.
    • Contribute to RFPs, DDQs, and client due diligence exercises.
    • Oversee and participate in the onboarding of new clients, including the coordination of KYC with Compliance.
    • Review and redesign reporting templates, communication tools, and processes to enhance efficiency and data quality.
    • Support the development of marketing and communication materials, including investor decks and website updates.
    • Analyze and integrate new tools to increase team productivity and client service standards.

Candidate Profile


    • 4–6 years of experience in Client Service, Investor Relations, or Relationship Management within asset management, investment management, or financial services (minimum 2–5 years required).
    • Demonstrated knowledge of RFP processes, due diligence, and KYC/onboarding requirements.
    • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
    • English fluency required; French is a plus.
