Payroll Manager with Swiss Payroll Expertise
Our client is a well-established company operating in the field of advanced automation and digital solutions, with a strong presence across multiple industries. To support its growing operations, the company is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to oversee payroll processes for a workforce of employees in Switzerland.
Your Role
- Oversee and execute monthly payroll processing in collaboration with an external payroll provider.
- Ensure the accurate calculation and timely payment of salaries, bonuses, and other compensation elements.
- Maintain and update payroll data in SAP Payroll, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for payroll-related inquiries via a ticketing system.
- Ensure full compliance with Swiss tax and social security regulations, including withholding tax and pension schemes.
- Assist with payroll-related audits, reporting, and year-end financial closing activities.
Your Profile
- Extensive experience in Swiss payroll processing, preferably in a multinational or complex corporate environment.
- Strong expertise in SAP Payroll; experience with ADP Global View is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of Swiss payroll legislation, social security contributions, and tax regulations.
- Highly structured and detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in German and English is mandatory.
