Position Overview

We are seeking a Marketing Lead Europe to drive strategic marketing efforts. This role requires a dynamic leader who can bridge the gap between R&D innovations and B2C market access, ensuring that cutting-edge solutions successfully reach consumers through effective go-to-market strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in marketing combined with experience in R&D-driven product commercialization, bringing a data-driven and consumer-centric approach to the role.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a global marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives, integrating R&D insights with consumer demands.
  • Design and implement go-to-market strategies that drive penetration and adoption of new products in the B2C segment.
  • Act as a key liaison between R&D, product development, sales, and regulatory teams to ensure successful product launches and commercialization.
  • Translate R&D advancements into compelling consumer messaging, ensuring the brand remains a trusted leader in its industry.
  • Utilize market research, competitive intelligence, and analytics to optimize marketing strategies and consumer engagement efforts.
  • Oversee digital transformation in marketing, leveraging e-commerce, digital advertising, and omnichannel campaigns to expand brand reach.
  • Manage relationships with key partners, healthcare professionals, distributors, and internal teams to align business objectives.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.


Key Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience in marketing leadership roles within the medical devices, healthcare, consumer goods, or related industries.
  • Strong background in R&D-driven marketing, with a track record of successfully launching innovative products to the B2C market.
  • Deep understanding of consumer behavior, market access strategies, and go-to-market execution in a highly regulated industry.
  • Experience working in cross-functional, global teams to drive innovation from concept to commercialization.
  • Proficiency in data analytics, digital marketing, and omnichannel engagement strategies.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive change.
  • Fluency in English and German; additional European languages are a plus.
