Human Resources Business Partner

Our client, an established company providing essential operational services, is seeking an experienced HR professional to join their team in Zurich. This role focuses on supporting leadership and employees across all HR matters while ensuring efficient processes and continuous development initiatives.

Responsibilities: 

• Provide HR guidance and support to managers and employees.
• Oversee end-to-end HR processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Handle all administrative HR tasks, from hiring to offboarding, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulations.
• Act as a key point of contact for employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
• Support talent development and employee growth initiatives through targeted training and career progression programs.
• Collaborate on HR process improvements, optimizing workflows and efficiency.
• Ensure accurate HR documentation and records management.
• Advise on HR policies, labor laws, and best practices

Your profile:

• Certified HR professional with proven experience in HR administration and advisory.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, employment laws, and best practices.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Proactive, independent, and able to work collaboratively with teams.

• Fluent in English and German, proficiency in French is a strong advantage.
